06/06/06 was our 66th Anni... Too bad... We can't celebrate on the day itself cos she having exams. So brought her for dinner yesterday... Woah... Killer man... It is something I wanted to try for a very long time. It is buffet style and features modern churrasco (specialty grill), while the a la carte menu showcases contemporary European cuisine. Ok Ok... Let me explain... The European chef will skew items like beef, lamb, chicken, chicken heart, pineapples, prawn onto a sword-like skewer... The food is only marinated in sea salt so that the flavours of the meat is locked in while grilling the outer layer into crisp. The chef then puts the "sword" into a huge oven (Picture 1 refers). After grilling the food with precise timing, the chef will then take the "sword" and go to each table, asking the customer if he/she would wanna try the grilled item (Picture 2 refers). Woah... KILLER MAN... A bite into the food... The meat is soft and tender... The skin is crisp. The juice overwhelmed you entire mouth. The taste of the meat is heavenly...
There is also a salad bar, seafood (fresh oysters, chilled crab, prawns etc) buffet, cheese section, desserts section. The best of all... Chocolate fountain (Picture 3 refers). Topped with a glass of red wine (half price due to the World Cup Season), seated just beside where a beautiful water fountain is placed, dimmed lighting and soothing music... Enjoying the dinner with the chef walking around with the food and joking with us... Woah.... She is worried that it might be too expensive... But I told her as long as we enjoy ourselves and as long as I can afford it... Doesn't matter...
Can't do any free advertisement here so if you guys are interested in bringing your partner to the place... call/sms me... Then maybe you can share with me your experience... Thumbs up for Vibes...
