Life is so interesting... You discover and learn new things everyday. Like today.... I discovered a lot about someone at work and learnt the way he handled the things.

Today, seems like the "man of the hour" is in a good mood. He came out talking and joking with us. All of us had a great laugh.

Gave a talk today. The kids were adorable and innocent. It has been quite a while since I gave a talk on stage. I always think that public speaking is an art, an art where not anybody can learn and be successful in. I can't say that I am very successful in public speaking but I enjoy public speaking. I have had comments like my talk is too light-hearted and thus, not portraying the professional image. However, I like my talks to be entertaining and filled with jokes. I don't mind making a joke out of myself on stage and let everybody have a good laugh. Maybe it is the attention I get... that's why I enjoy it so much.

The "stock rates" are still sky high. Top management were informed and middle management gave instructions today to monitor a particular "stock". Action plan starts tomorrow. Hopefully can eliminate that particular "stock" totally in the near future.
