Capricorns: Somewhat a workaholic - more than happy to put in a full day at the office, realizing that it will likely take a lot of those days to get to the top. Both ambitious and determined. Life is one big project and they adapt to this by adopting a businesslike approach to most everything they do.
Extremely dedicated to goals, almost to the point of stubbornness. Boy, those victories sure smell sweet.
In much the same way, Capricorns prefer to get to the top of their chosen field so that they can reap the benefits of success; namely fame, prestige and money.
